What is the TLT Grizzly?
The Grizzly is a stand-up, three-wheel off-road board from TLT Board. You ride it the way you would a snowboard or a surfboard, leaning into turns and shifting your weight. Every board is built to order, which means it’s welded, assembled and tuned by hand, not pulled off a production line.

The Grizzly’s steering is protected by a granted U.S. patent. It’s what makes the board ride like nothing else off-road: the steering tilts with your body, so the board banks into turns and carves smoothly while staying stable on loose, uneven ground.
Built by an engineer who fixes things in the field
The Grizzly is the work of Eyal Aloni, a mechanical engineer with 20 years of experience and a hands-on field and tech person. Machines break at the worst moment and in the most remote places, so he built this one to be repaired by the rider, anywhere: a standard 200cc four-stroke engine, a simple chain drive, and parts you can service with ordinary tools.

Power you can refuel, not recharge
The Grizzly runs on a 200cc, 4-stroke gas engine with a PZ19 carburetor. A centrifugal clutch and a 420/60T chain drive put the power to the rear wheel, so you get a smooth start with no clutch lever to think about.
It reaches a top speed of about 40 mph and travels roughly 30 miles on a single half-gallon (0.5 gal) tank. When the tank runs low, refuelling takes a minute, which suits long days where there’s nowhere to plug in.
