The biggest hold up with it is the batteries. FAA regulations permits carrying into airplanes only limited size batteries: up to 2 packs of 100Wh each, or 2 160Wh - with early declaration to the airline company.
Standard TLT Bluebird battery is 48V*7.5A=360Wh, which is too big.

The TLTboard was designed for simple, user self maintenance. It means that the user should be

For water - please avoide water from entering inside the controller box (through the wires opening) , is it is salty water - wash the TLT with a hose after wards, and lubricate havily all bearings and joints.
Dust: lubricare heavily (with a thick, slow running oil) all joints, wash the dust and oil afterwards, lubricate heavily with thin oil. Consult us for more detailed instructions.
